83% of our current satin range has been carefully crafted with recycled fibres.

Our certified recycled satin has been handpicked by our Design team for its luxurious feel, elegant drape and more sustainable credentials. By repurposing non-biodegradable materials like plastic bottles, the fabric helps reduce landfill waste and cut carbon emissions, using up to 50% less energy compared to traditional polyester production. So whether you're getting ready on the morning of your big day, or simply lounging around the house with friends, our satin range has been designed to make you look and feel your very best.

The process

Our satin made from recycled fibres is certified to ensure it meets stringent sustainability standards throughout the production process, from sourcing and processing to environmental and social practices.

1. Plastic collected from recycling programs, landfills and occasionally directly from the ocean is carefully sorted by colourand type, and then thoroughly cleaned.

2. The cleaned plastic is shredded into small flakes, which are melted down and extruded into fine fibres.

3. After cooling, the fibres are stretched to increase their strength and flexibility before being spun into yarn. This yarn is then knitted into our our silky soft satin.

4. A fabric becomes satin due to its unique weave, which results in a smooth, glossy surface and a distinctive sheen.

Loved by you

Whether opting for our classic bridal-inspired sets or our luxurious jaquard satin styles, our customers love their irresistibly soft and slinky texture.

The fabric's elegant feel adds a touch of luxurious sophistication to those moments when you want to feel effortlessly stylish in the comfort of your home. This combination of style and comfort with one of our more sustainable fabrics makes our satin sleepwear a favourite within our community.
