Product
A more sustainable fabric selection
We are committed to continuing to incorporate more sustainable fabrics into our collections. Our Autumn/Winter 2024 collection includes 79% more sustainable fabrics including certified organic cotton, recycled fibres and TENCEL™ Modal.
Certifying our products from harmful substances
We primarily partner with suppliers that source fabrics from mills accredited with OEKO-TEX™ STANDARD 100. This certification ensures that textiles are free from any potentially harmful substances.
Additionally, we require our factories to self-certify compliance with REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, and Restriction of Chemicals). REACH is an EU regulation designed to enhance the protection of human health and the environment from chemical risks.
Planet
Our carbon offsetting programme
Since 2021, we have partnered with Flexport to offset 100% of our CO₂ emissions related to freight forwarding against carbon credits including converting landfill gas into energy, reducing deforestation emissions and supporting wind farm projects. During 2023, our offsets were equal to the amount of CO₂ removed from the atmosphere by 94 acres of trees.
Minimising waste and using recycled materials across our supply chain
When it comes to our packaging and swing tags, we prioritise using recycled materials and biodegradable poly bags, as well as opting for a paperless shipment and returns policy.
People
Positively impacting our community
We aspire to make a meaningful difference to everyone in our vibrant community, from our in-house teams and factory workers to our brand partners and loyal customers. This includes collaborating with like-minded suppliers who hold globally recognised sustainability, ethics and health and safety certifications, offering paid volunteering days to our head office employees and supporting charity partners such as Smart Works and Womens Aid.
