Why partner with Bangladesh?
There are many reasons for choosing to partner with Bangladesh on the manufacturing of our nightwear and loungewear. Beyond the strong relationship we've built with our Dhaka-based team, the country boasts a highly skilled community of garment makers and some of the most integrated factories in the industry. This means they can handle many parts of our production process under one roof. This expertise is essential for getting every detail right, from printing the intricacies of our giraffe print to stitching our coloured satin piping.
Our commitment to ethical manufacturing in Bangladesh
We are mindful of the challenges the garment industry in Bangladesh has faced regarding workers' safety and rights, and the environment. As a result, we only work with factories we have direct relationships with; we visit the sites regularly, and we ensure all relevant ethical, health and safety certifications are upheld.
All our Bangladeshi factories are covered by the International Accord, which provides independent safety inspections, remediation and a worker complaints mechanism.
