Our 2024 B Corp certification demonstrates our commitment to social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability, and we were delighted with our score of 99.8; almost 20 points above the qualification level and almost 50 points above median businesses that complete the assessment.

We have committed to recertifying under B Lab's new Standards - a more rigorous and ambitious framework that reflects the scale of the challenges businesses must address today. Fabric choices matter
We are committed to continuing to grow the percentage of independently certified recycled and organic fibres, as well as using TENCEL™ Modal fibres in our collections.93% ofourAW26 season styles are fully certified, compared to 82% in AW25. Read more about why these fibres are important here.
Minimising the risk of harmful substances
We require all our partners to source fabrics guaranteed to be free from chemicals harmful to human health or the environment. Our own certifications require the fabrics and factories to follow strict chemical controls.
Additionally, all of our factories are required to self-certify compliance with both UK and EU REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, and Restriction of Chemicals), a regulation designed to strictly limit or ban chemicals known to be hazardous to people and the environment.
A number of the fabric mills and processing facilities we work with hold OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification, meaning the textiles they produce have been independently tested against strict limits for harmful substances. This provides additional assurance that the materials used in our products meet rigorous human health and safety standards.
How we use Verified Carbon Offsets
In 2024-2025, we offset over 396 tonnes of CO₂ through our partnership with Flexport. The credits purchased have been retired by Pachama* within Verra** on behalf of Renfold Limited and have gone towards two projects in Borneo — read more here.
* Pachama is a carbon marketplace platform specialising in nature-based carbon credits, primarily in forests.
** Verra is the world’s leading carbon credit registry, maintaining records of all credits — active, issued and retired. A retired credit is removed from circulation: it confirms the credit has been used, not merely purchased.
Our credits were split between two projects:
The Katingan Project:
The Katingan Project protects and restores 149,800 hectares of peatland ecosystems in Central Kalimantan Province, Indonesia. It covers one of the largest remaining intact peat swamp forests in the region, supporting local communities with sustainable livelihoods while tackling global climate change.
The Rimba Raya Biodiversity Reserve Project:
An initiative by InfiniteEARTH, Rimba Raya preserves approximately 64,000 hectares of tropical peat swamp forest in Central Kalimantan-an area rich in biodiversity, including the endangered Bornean orangutan. The project protects the integrity of the adjacent Tanjung Puting National Park by creating a physical buffer zone along its ~90 km eastern border.
Our packaging
When it comes to our packaging and swing tags, we use only FSC-certified sources for our paper and card, and our garment bags are made from 100% recycled materials. We also use paperless shipments and returns (aside from the postage bags and boxes, of course). All our packaging can be recycled: paper and card at the kerbside, and plastic bags at local soft plastic recycling collection points such as supermarkets.

We aspire to make a meaningful difference to everyone in our vibrant community-from our in-house teams and factory workers to our brand partners and loyal customers. This includes collaborating with like-minded suppliers who hold globally recognised ethics, health and safety, GOTS and GRS certifications, offering paid volunteering days to our head office employees, and supporting mental health initiatives through our charity partnership with Mind.
